Abstract

PT Coco Murni Prima Jaya is a manufacturing company engaged in coconut processing into desiccated coconut products, with business processes involving the Raw Material Purchasing (RMP) and Meat Preparation (MP) divisions. The recording of piece-rate workers' output and wage calculations at this company were still carried out manually, resulting in lengthy processing time and an increased risk of recording and calculation errors. This study aims to design and implement an integrated Odoo-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage PT Coco Murni Prima Jaya's manufacturing business processes, and to assess user acceptance of the developed system. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall software development model, consisting of five stages: Requirement Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, and Deployment. The system was built using Odoo 18 and a PostgreSQL database, covering the Human Resources, Purchases, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules, which include raw coconut material receiving, sorting, inventory management, production, work-output recording, attendance, and both daily and piece-rate payroll. The system was tested using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving four user roles—RMP Staff, MP Staff, Manager, and Administrator—with 101 of 101 test scenarios successfully executed, achieving a 100% success rate. The results show that the developed Odoo-based ERP system successfully integrates data across business processes, reduces redundant data entry, and supports more structured, accurate, and centralized management of raw materials, production, attendance, and payroll.
