Abstract
The ordering and transaction data management process at CV Angel in Sibolga is currently still conducted manually, which often triggers the risk of errors in recording orders and inhibits the process of recapitulating transaction reports. This study aims to build a web-based printing information system that can manage order data, design revision submissions, and digital payment systems. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which includes the stages of planning, design (through the cycle of prototyping, testing, and refining), to the development and implementation stages. The final result of this research is a web-based printing information system that can integrate ordering workflows, data management, with design file upload and revision features, as well as an automated payment system connected to the Midtrans Sandbox payment gateway. Based on the results of Black Box Testing, all features function well, and through the System Usability Scale (SUS) testing, a Grade B score was obtained, which means the system is acceptable to users. For further system development, it is suggested to add automated notification features and the integration of the production version of the payment gateway to maximize services at CV Angel.
