Abstract

The Labuhanbatu Regency library and Archives Service implements digital library services through The website ipusdalabuhanbatu.perpustakaan.co.id, but faces problems with a less modern interface and limited book collections which affect user satisfaction. This research aims to measure the influence of website quality on user satisfaction using the Webqual 4.0 method with the dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality through a quantitative descriptive and verification approach to 113 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially the variables Usability and Service Interaction Quality have a positive and significant effect, with Service Interaction Quality as the most dominant factor, while Information Quality has no significant effect due to the minimal variation in e-book collections. Simultaneously, the three dimensions have a positive effect on user satisfaction, so this research recommends that agencies prioritize adding digital collections to optimize services in the future.
