Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web based sales information system for Permata Perabot. The study is motivated by the use of manual sales and inventory management, which often leads to recording errors, data loss, stock discrepancies, and delays in providing information. These issues make it difficult for store owners to monitor sales activities and support decision making. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system is developed as a web based application that manages sales transactions and inventory data in an integrated and real time manner. The results show that the developed system improves data accuracy, accelerates operational processes, and supports better monitoring of sales and inventory. In conclusion, the web based sales information system provides an effective solution to support the management and business development of Permata Perabot in a digital environment.
