Abstract

Teacher's Mastery Of Efl Online Learning Instruction At Grade 10th SMAN 16 Padang This study aims to describe the teacher's mastery in using the Google Classroom application as an online EFL learning medium in class . X IPS 6 , Senior High School 16 Padang . The data in this study were obtained from observations , interviews , and documentation . After the data is obtained , the data is analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman model technique which consists of three stages of data analysis , namely data . reduction , data presentation , and data verification or drawing conclusions . The results of this study indicate that : ( 1 ) In the implementation of the learning process via google classroom , it shows that the teacher has a very good performance in online teaching , which performance can be seen from the teaching flow carried out by the teacher in the classroom with the lesson plans in the appropriate category according to the percentage of 74.3 % . ( 2 ) In using Google Classroom , the teacher prepares in the form of lesson plans , selects media , and materials . Its implementation is followed by delivering materials , learning media , methods and learning strategies . ( 3 ) Evaluation of student competence is seen from three aspects , namely cognitive aspects , affective aspects , and psychomotor aspects . The conclusion of this research is the teacher that easily adapt to goggle classroom and the learning process has been going well , in planning the teacher prepares the lesson plan , materials , media , the teacher has carried out an evaluation of student competence through the Google Classroom application .
