Abstract
Eradirawati S-2217020081, Analysis of Mobile Device Management (MDM) System in Smart Classroom at Ash-Shiddiiqi High School This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Mobile Device Management (MDM) implementation in a smart classroom at SMA IT Ash-Shiddiiqi. The background of this research is based on the application of technology in digital learning, which requires optimal device management to effectively support the teaching and learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the PIECES framework, which includes Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service aspects. The results show that the implementation of MDM in the smart classroom has made a positive contribution to supporting digital learning, particularly in the Control, Service, and Information aspects, which have been well implemented. However, several issues are still found in the Performance, Efficiency, and Economy aspects, such as suboptimal system stability, underutilization of device features, and an imbalance between the benefits obtained and the costs incurred. These findings indicate that the implementation of MDM in the smart classroom has been moderately effective in supporting digital learning. However, its success does not solely depend on the availability of devices, but also on system management, user readiness, as well as continuous evaluation and optimization.
