Abstract

This research was motivated by the need for a recording and data management system in Posyandu which is still done manually, which often results in recording errors, delays in reporting, and ineffective monitoring of children's development. In addition, parents often experience difficulty in obtaining accurate information regarding immunization schedules and children's development. With the aim of developing a web-based Posyandu monitoring information system, this research can help Posyandu cadres in managing child data, immunization, child development, as well as providing more structured and easily accessible information. System development was carried out using the Waterfall method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as the tools. In building the tools used are PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. Based on the test results using the BlackBox method, functionally the system can run as expected. The results of the UAT testing were 96.5%, which can be concluded that this system is well accepted so that it can improve the performance of the Posyandu to make it easier.
