Abstract

Data visualization provides an attractive visualization display so that information can be easily understood by users. UIN Imam Bonjol Padang has a variety of data that has been visualized, but access is limited to decision makers. This research aims to design a dashboard application that is able to represent student academic data of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang in a visual form that can be accessed by general public, making it easier for the general public to obtain information and create information disclosure of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang to the public. In this research, Tableau software is used to produce attractive visualization charts. The system is develop using Extreme Programming (XP) method, which allows integration of Tableau for effective data processing and visualization. This research produces an attractive data visualization website by integrating Tableau software in the system to produce attractive graphics.
