Abstract

This study aim of testing the effect of financial ratios on profitability in Central Java Sharia's Rural Bank. This study was tested by using three independent variables, namely Financing to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Financing and Operational Efficiency Ratio. Meanwhile, profitability is the dependent one. This study uses a research sample published at the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia with annual data for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis technique in this study is panel data regression Analysis. The result of t test is showing that FDR has coefficient value as big 0,0021 and significance as big 0,6234 so FDR has a positive effect and not significant on profitability. NPF has coefficient value as big 0,0008 and significance value as big 0,4575 so NPF has a positive Effect and not significant on profitability. BOPO has coefficient value as big -0,1630 and significance value as big 0,0000 so BOPO has a negative Effect and significant on ROA. The results of F test is showing that FDR, NPF and BOPO simultaneously have an Effect on ROA. this is indicated by Significance value that is less than 0,05 is equal to 0,0000. The result of the coefficient of determination that showing by Adjust R-squared value is as big 0,9996, which means that 88,86% of the variation of the ROA dependent variable is explained by the variation of independent variables, namely FDR, NPF and BOPO. While the remaining 11,14% influenced by the other variables which is not in this study. Keywords: FDR, NPF, BOPO and ROA
