Abstract

The Military Court I-04 Padang has developed an Online Court Attendance Information System (SIKEPO) to manage the process of court summons and the recording of attendance of trial participants digitally. However, the effectiveness of the implementation of this system has not yet been ystematically analyzed. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the SIKEPO system using the PIECES framework, which consists of six aspects: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. This study employs a descriptive approach using qualitative methods supported by quantitative data. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to system users. The quantitative data obtained from the Likert scale were then processed using the Fuzzy Likert Scale method to obtain assessment values that more accurately represent users' perceptions of the system.The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SIKEPO has generally had a positive impact on supporting court administrative processes. From the performance aspect, the system is able to accelerate the process of issuing court summons. From the information aspect, the system provides sufficiently accurate and easily accessible information for users. However, in terms of the economy and efficiency aspects, the use of the system has not yet been able to reduce the use of manual documents, as physical documentation is still required due to existing regulations. Meanwhile, in the control and service aspects, the system is considered helpful in monitoring attendance data and improving the quality of court administrative services. Overall, the SIKEPO system is considered effective in supporting the management of court administration at the Military Court I-04 Padang, although several aspects still need to be developed to further optimize system performance.
