Abstract

Recruitment is still carried out manually, resulting in challenges such as document accumulation, delays in the selection process, and difficulties in tracking application statuses. This study aims to design and develop a web-based employee recruitment information system to simplify the application process for candidates, assist administrators in the selection process, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of recruitment data management. The system was developed using the Agile methodology with a Scrum approach. The final result of this research is a web-based employee recruitment information system. This system is expected to accelerate the recruitment process while enhancing transparency and convenience for all parties involved.
