The data analysis used in the interview is thematic analysis then the questionnaire data analysis uses descriptive percentage table analysis and mean score. The result of this study is that the implementation of English Club has several obstacles such as improper scheduling which results in reduced student participation, there is no evaluation in each activity and then lack of discipline of administrators in making English Club activity rules. The results of student perceptions of the English Club show that English Club members have a positive perception. This can be seen in general that 88.24% agreed with the statements in the questionnaire and 11.76% disagreed. Then, English Club members also have good perceptions on cognitive aspects with a score of 2,66, affective with a score of 2,38, and also conative with a score of 2,47.
