Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has encouraged the digitalization of Homestay management services. Homestay Nayla still uses manual processes for reservations, transaction recording, and financial reporting, resulting in inefficiency and potential errors such as double booking. This research aims to design and develop a web-based management information system integrated with Café Nayla services. The study applies the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Waterfall model, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and Midtrans payment gateway integration. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that the system can facilitate online reservations, Café ordering, transaction management, and automated financial reporting, while improving operational efficiency and service quality.
