Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has increased the need for information systems that improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across various sectors, including agriculture. One of the significant agricultural sectors is palm plantations, particularly those operating under the plasma system, where harvest data is still managed manually by group leaders. This manual process often leads to problems such as data entry errors, data loss, and delays in delivering information to group members. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for managing plasma oil palm income, which automates the processes of inputting, managing, and distributing harvest data. The research utilizes the Waterfall method and a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The result of this study is a web-based application that enables group leaders to digitally manage members' harvest data, automatically generate income reports, and includes a feature for displaying income comparison charts. system usability scale (SUS) was conducted with user 82,8%. These findings indicate that the system is highly acceptable and effectively improves the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of plasma palm income management.
