Abstract
The role of the administration in the management of the oragnization is essential. Had the oragnization does not have a reguler system of administration, the management of the governance of the organization. Allah in surah al-Shaff : 4 state clearly that the role of the administration in the management of the organization is the quarantee of the succes of dakwah.
