Abstract

Abstract This thesis is titled "Overview of Islamic Law Against Sale and Purchase of GulgotBargot in the Padang GelugurInpres Market (Padang Gelugur District, Pasaman Regency)". Written by Bintang, NIM: 1513030121 at the Shariah Faculty of Sharia Economics Law Study Program. The writing of this thesis is motivated by the practice of buying and selling bargotgulos that does not provide clarity about the object being traded, namely bargotgulo. Based on the background, a research question arises, how is the practice of buying and selling gulgotbargot in the Padang Gelugurinpres market? ? To answer this question the authors conducted a research file research. Data collection techniques with observation and interviews as the main data source and in this study there are also library materials as support in the study. The analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. From the results of the analysis conducted by the writer, it can be concluded that: The practice of buying and selling bargotgulos in the Padang Gelugurinpres market in offering, the trader is not transparent in providing bargotgulo components, and inconsistently giving the bargotgulo classification. Factors that influence traders do not provide clarity regarding bargotgulos, there are two factors, namely Internal and External factors. Internal factors namely, religion, education, economics, and social and external factors namely, the opportunity, increasing consumer demand, and the difficulty of finding raw materials for gulping bargot. the sale and purchase of a bargotgulo in the Padang Gelugurinpres Market has fulfilled the terms and conditions of sale and purchase in Islam. But the principles of buying and selling have been violated, the practice contains unclear concrete information about gulobargot by the seller to the buyer. This practice is referred to in Islamic law as gharar (obfuscation of information). Based on a review of Islamic law, the practice of buying and selling Gulgotbargot that occurred at the Padang GelugurInpres Market was canceled.
