Abstract
Mobile Banking is a development in mobile technology that combines information technology and business applications. Given the significant increase in mobile banking usage in Indonesia, Bank Nagari has been continuously offering attractive features to retain its customers using the application known as mobile banking Bank Nagari. This research is motivated by an observation of user reviews on the Bank Nagari mobile banking application, analyzed from reviews on the Play Store, revealing several issues faced by users. These issues can be used as a basis to evaluate success based on user experience, highlighting that user needs are a crucial factor in achieving user acceptance. This study employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), a commonly used variable to determine individual acceptance of a particular technology, and adds one variable, perceived risk. This research is quantitative with SEM-PLS analysis. The population of this study consists of students from UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, with a sample of 263 respondents. The results indicate that Perceived Usefulness affects Attitude Toward Using, Perceived Usefulness affects Behavioral Intention To Use, Perceived Ease of Use affects Attitude Toward Using, Attitude Toward Using affects Behavioral Intention To Use, Behavioral Intention To Use affects Actual Use, and Perceived Risk does not affect Behavioral Intention To Use. Thus, the variable that does not have an effect is Perceived Risk on Behavioral Intention To Use.
