Abstract

The Social Health Insurance Organizing Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) as the national health insurance provider for all Indonesian citizens strives to enhance services for all BPJS Kesehatan participants. BPJS Kesehatan introduces innovations in the development of the Mobile JKN application, which is designed to facilitate BPJS Kesehatan services. This research aims to measure the level of satisfaction among Mobile JKN application users in Padang city using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model, which consists of 5 constructs: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The research population consists of Mobile JKN users residing in Padang city. From this population, 175 respondents were selected as the sample for this study. Questionnaires were distributed both online and offline. This research utilizes a quantitative method, and data analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS approach with SmartPLS version 4.0. As a result, out of the 5 hypotheses proposed, all hypotheses were accepted. The factors influencing user satisfaction are content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This research outcome is expected to provide recommendations for the development of the Mobile JKN application for BPJS Kesehatan.
