Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much Islamic Financial Literacy influences Decisions to Use Islamic Financial Institution Services in the Millennial generation. Examining religiosity as a moderating variable can strengthen/weaken Islamic Financial Literacy on Decision to Use Islamic Financial Institution Services in Millennials. This Study uses a quantitative approach with the SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) test assisted by the smartPLS version 3 program. The population in this study is the people of Padang City who use the services of Islamic Bank Financial Institutions, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results indicate that 1) Islamic Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Islamic Financial Institution services, 2) Religiosity as a moderating variable Islamic Financial Literacy cannot strengthen decisions services Sharia finance.
